Saad A. Javed

Dr. Javed is a globally recognized expert in Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis, notably for his works on the Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA), and in non-parametric data analysis, where he developed the Dynamic GRA model and Optimised Grey Forecasting Models. A consistently highly-cited researcher, he operates at the intersection of Operations Research, ICT, and AI. Since 2022, he has been consecutively ranked among the world’s top 2% most-cited scientists. His influential research has been featured in prestigious reports by the EU Parliament, the Nature Index, and Transparency International.
