Saad A. Javed

Dr. Javed is a mathematical modeler and systems scientist who builds predictive, adaptive systems for data‑sparse environments. Best known for the Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) in multi‑criteria decision analysis, he also pioneered normalization‑free frameworks for large‑scale evaluation, such as his assessment of 80+ electric vehicles across 30+ criteria without any data normalization. Consistently ranked among the world’s top 2% most‑cited scientists since 2022, his work appears in reports by the EU Parliament, Nature Index, and Transparency International. He contributes to the scientific community as Associate Editor of the Operations Research Forum (Springer) and Management Science and Business Decisions, and Academic Editor of PLOS ONE.
